Microbe Multiplication
Don’t bring home the microbes from the yoga studio floor. Your mat has two sides. One side is in contact with the studio floor and all the people from all the classes that have passed through the studio since your last class. The other side is in contact with your most intimate parts, including the top of your head, your face, and your bottom. When you roll your mat up to take it home, the microbes from both sides of the mat mix. Toss it in the hot car, and it doesn’t take long for those microbes to multiply.
