Description

A simple, fresh and tasty salad dressing perfect for your Greek Salad.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil, leaves only

Instructions

  1. Using an immersion blender or in a blender jar blend together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, and basil leaves
  2. Blend until thick and smooth, about 30 seconds
  3. Refrigerate the dressing until you are ready to serve the salad
  4. When you are ready to serve the salad, pour the dressing on and toss lightly until vegetables are covered
  5.  Serve immediately
