Description

Use this formula to make the sprout sandwich you love best.  If you don’t have an ingredient, make a substitute based on what you have at home.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 or 2 slices of bread
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, hummus, or aioli
  • 4 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup radish sprouts

 


Instructions

  1. Spread mayo or other dip over bread, top with tomato and avocado slices.
  2. Cover with sprouts.
  3. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel topping.
  4. Cover with a second piece of bread. (optional)
