Use this formula to make the sprout sandwich you love best. If you don’t have an ingredient, make a substitute based on what you have at home.
- 1 or 2 slices of bread
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, hummus, or aioli
- 4 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup radish sprouts
- Spread mayo or other dip over bread, top with tomato and avocado slices.
- Cover with sprouts.
- Sprinkle with Everything Bagel topping.
- Cover with a second piece of bread. (optional)
