Contented Child Blend (3% dilution)

  1. Measure the appropriate amount of drops of each essential oil directly into a 10 ml rollerball bottle.
  2. Top the bottle up with sweet almond carrier oil or grape seed carrier oil. Leave room for shaking and then place the roller ball cap securely on the bottle.
  3. Shake the bottle to evenly distribute the essential oils.


To use:

Freely roll this blend on the inside of wrists and encourage kids to take a sniff to enjoy the scent and relax. These essential oils can also be dropped into a diffuser or used in a personal inhaler.
