Hello, awesome speaker! I am super excited to partner with you for the Herbal Solutions Summit!
The Herbal Solutions Summit is a 3-day virtual event designed to empower women to take care of their own and their family's health needs naturally using remedies they can make themselves from herbs growing in their own garden, or in the wild places close to home, for a happier, healthier, and self-reliant life style.
My goal for this summit is that attendees will walk away with actionable steps to take to grow their own medicinal and culinary herbs and learn to use them to make herbal remedies to support their family’s wellness.
This page will serve as a reference for everything you need to know, whether it is explained here or linked. You should always be able to come to this page and find what you need, so make sure to bookmark it!

All of the speaker presentations will be held on separate landing pages, and discussion will be held in an attendee Facebook group set up especially for this event. If attendees have questions while they are viewing your presentation, on the day it goes live, they will post them in your presentation thread in the group where you can answer them.
You’re welcome to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion, beginning September 24th. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, we’ll also be promoting the All Access Pass. This includes extended access to the replays and all of the helpful speaker bonuses. This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and grow your email list.
The Herbal Solutions Summit will run from October 8 to 10, 2024. Presentations will include 20 to 30 minutes of content (with up to a 3-minute freebie pitch).
Your presentation should include strong, actionable content and provide a transformation for attendees, moving them closer to growing their own medicinal herbs and making herbal remedies.

While the presentations themselves are pre-recorded, all speakers are asked to check the Facebook group for any questions directed toward them in their presentation thread.

Of course, you are more than welcome to interact with attendees in there as much as you’d like beyond these guidelines. The more you interact with the attendees, the sooner they get to know, like, and trust you.
UPLOAD YOUR PRESENTATION Using the link in the email you received
These are the things we need from you to make the summit beneficial to both you and our attendees.
The first thing I’ll need is some basic information from you so I can finish up our registration page and Speakers' pages.
You should have received a link to a file folder in Google drive that you can upload your basic information to. Chris will be resending that link on September 13th.

Next up is your presentation! This is a 20-30 minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process. (Longer presentations are fine, but please keep it under 60 minutes.)
Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they’ve really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they’re missing something that they need to buy from you asap.
With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:
No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future. In an effort to preserve the value of the All Access Pass, we ask that you please refrain from giving it away for free for at least 90 days.
Your presentation should include great, actionable content.

3. ALL-ACCESS PASS CONTRIBUTION -- Due September 17th
The All Access Pass will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to grow your email list, we’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add.
This includes things like:
It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.
Anyone who does contribute a premium resource will get a 50% affiliate commission on sales, rather than 40%. It’s also an opportunity to collect hundreds of extra email addresses as attendees claim your offer.
We cannot accept freebies or percentage-off offers.
Information for these resources is due on September 17, 2024. Use the same link, in that email from Chris, to pass on this information to me.
I’ll also need a photo/jpg mock-up of your resource/bonus cover so my team can create graphics to show your offering in the best way possible. Canva or MyecoverMaker are options that you can use to create the mock-up cover, if you need them.
Attendees will be able to start claiming your bonus right when registration opens on September 23, 2024.

The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.
Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share twice by emailing your lists, and share twice on your social media channel with the largest reach during the promotion period, starting on September 23, 2024.
You’ll want to share using your affiliate link so you can get in on the 40% commission that will come from any All Access Pass sales (50% if you’ve contributed to the all access pass).

And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax for the most part!

Participating in the event discussion with attendees strengthens the “know, like, and trust” factor. The more your attendees interact with you, the more they get to know you, like you, and eventually trust you.
While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?
That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the All-Access Pass, where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by November 15th.
The commission structure is as follows:
● 40% for all speakers
● 50% for all speakers who include a premium bonus
The pricing structure will be:
● $47 for 20 minutes after initial registration
● $67 from September 23 - October 7
● $97 from October 8 to October 15
To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
